| HOSTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE |
|
We provide shuttle service between the hostel and the Denali
National Park entrance area four times daily. (There is ample
parking at the park entrance for those with their own vehicles.)
If you don't have your own vehicle, please enter the dates that
you would like to reserve space on the hostel shuttle next to
the corresponding time. You can make changes later if necessary. The price for using the shuttle is $5.00, $2.00 for 12 and under. If you don't have a car, you will need to use the shuttle, so at least you should include
your arrival and departure dates. |

| In order to accept your reservation we need your
credit card number; either Visa, MC, Discover or American Express. Your card will not automatically
be charged, but it will be processed and charged the entire amount
of the reservation cost within the next couple of days. Confirmations
are sent via email and include a listing of local activities. Feel
free to contact us if you have any questions. |

| CANCELLATIONS: We recognize that plans do change. You will incur a charge of $5.00 or 5% of the total reservation price, whichever is greater on all cancellations. For reservations of Private Accommodations and groups of 6 - 9 people, you must cancel or change your reservation no less than one week prior to your scheduled arrival. If you fail to cancel more than one week in advance, you will be charged 100% of your reserved accommodations. If you have reserved a hostel bunk in one of our bunkhouses, you must cancel or change your reservation no less than 72 hours prior to 12noon on your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund. If you do not cancel or change your reservation within this time frame, you will be charged 100% of your reserved accommodation. And finally, for groups of 10+ people you will incur a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel less than one month prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be charged 100% of your reserved accommodation. |
