Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notice must be 7 days in advance if the reservation is made more than 7 days before the tour date. Cancellation notice must be 24 hours in advance if the reservation is made within 7 days of the tour date. Any cancellation that does not fall within these guidelines or is a no-show will result in a full charge. Rescheduling your tour is based on availability. All tours are Rain or Shine. In the event that a tour is canceled by the provider due to weather & trail conditions, a full refund will be provided. In addition, Mountain Morning charges $10 or 10%, whichever is greater on all customer initiated, cancellations.
